The Fluid Film Newsletter #4

This Newsletter is going to be a little different. I need to shake things up a bit. If you've never tried Fluid Film, then you have no idea what a great product you are missing out on. Rust is evil, and Fluid Film is the weapon to stop its evil plans. I just got back from the Lawn & Garden Expo in Louisville, Kentucky, where Fluid Film once again made a distinct impression on those who understood the "rust is evil" angle. We had some flyers showing the results of a three-week, outside salt-spray test between ourselves and the competition. I've attached a small picture of the flyer at the bottom of the newsletter. We are working on a new page on our Web site devoted to testing that should leave no doubt as to the superior qualities of our products. The picture on that page will be much bigger, I promise. The beautiful thing about that picture is that it really demonstrates Fluid Film's ability to maintain an unyielding barrier of protection for extended periods of time. The best way to stop rust is to prevent it from occurring in the first place. That's what Fluid Film does. Why spend good money on equipment just to let it succumb to the elements and depreciate in value? If Fluid Film is applied over metal that is already rusting, it will stop it in its tracks. It's a battle, but hey, Fluid Film lives for the fight.

I always enjoy the Lawn and Garden Expo. We've attended it for over a decade now, so there are always people who remember the product and will come up and share application stories with you. A few of them actually submitted their testimonials and they can be seen on our "Share your Applications" page. There was one gentleman in particular who really carried on about Fluid Film's ability to stop battery corrosion. He got his company to use Fluid Film on their large fleet of vehicles, and he was very proud of how well Fluid Film had improved his reputation within his company. He now had his eye on the CEO position, but I'm not sure if we could help him there...

One thing about giving out samples at shows, though, that can drive you a little crazy: The Dreaded Double-Dipper. I don't want to sound too harsh, because these are potential customers or people who already use our product, but it's just a little unethical to take advantage of a good thing, especially when we only come with a limited number of samples. They will usually try to swipe a second can when you are talking to another attendee and are preoccupied. You can see them out of the corner of your eye. The worst is when they come up and act like they've never heard of the product before and you go through half your sales pitch before you recognize them. I've actually had people who have gone for a third sample who tried to pull that stunt. It always makes for a good story later.

"Did you see that guy that tried to get a second can?"
"What are you kidding? I gave him two myself!"

We now keep the cans behind the counter or out of reach. We've adapted. We've grown. We've outsmarted them. It's only a matter of time before they try something new. It's a battle, but hey, I live for the fight.

Try Fluid Film. It will rock your world. People love it so much they try to steal it.
