The Cold-Weather Newsletter - #5

Winter is coming. I know because I see the stats climbing on our snow equipment page. People are gearing up for the cold winter months and looking for products to help with winterizing or snow equipment. Being in California, there's not much to clue me in that it's on its way except for the Christmas decorations that are already popping up in department stores. Now don't start sending me any hate mail. I can't help it if I was born here...

A good majority of our sales come from cold-weather areas because of Fluid Film's ability to withstand extreme temperatures and protect heavy equipment from oxidation and corrosion. Fluid Film also works wonders as a snow release agent. I recently received a testimonial from Blair Payne, a small business owner in Canada, and this is what he had to say about using Fluid Film on snowblowers: "Being a small engine repair shop in Canada... Fluid film is used extensively on snowblowers...the augers and chutes are coated to prevent rust...the snow does not stick on the areas that Fluid film has been applied...Thanks Fluid Film for the advantage that you have given us."

It's always great to hear how appreciative people are regarding our products. I'm always smiling on days when testimonials come in, which makes me wonder if perhaps my life couldn't be a little more exciting. If you'd like a little more excitement in your life, check out some of our other testimonials.

With the heavy snows come heavy doses of road-salt to help keep roads clear and safe. Road-salt can be pretty corrosive to the underside of a vehicle. That's another reason why Fluid Film does so well in cold-weather areas. One no-drip application can keep a vehicle protected all year from road-salt and moisture. The lanolin base in Fluid Film sets up an unyielding barrier of protection that will hold firm through snow, slush and wrong turns.

Winter is coming. I know because I have already been given a Christmas list. While winter preparation isn't quite as involved here as in other parts of the Country, I still give lots of Fluid Film away as stocking stuffers. Now don't go sending me any hate mail. I can't help it if I was born here. Hey, at least you actually get a White Christmas! Oh, and if you use Fluid Film and are a diehard fan, write to me a make my day. I could use a little excitement in my life.
