The Perfect Answer to Control Corrosion in the Automotive Industry
In automobiles, there are plenty of areas where water can accumulate and
rust begins forming at an alarming rate. The underside of cars is especially vulnerable to
rust and corrosion due to the amount of moisture that can get trapped there.
Salt corrosion in cold-weather areas can be extremely detrimental to undercoatings,
as roadways are coated with salt mixtures to break down snow and ice. By spraying
or brushing on Fluid Film®, these areas will be protected for extended periods
of time, depending on road conditions and vehicle use. Fluid Film remains wet
and pliable, creating a barrier of protection that will continue migrating to inaccessible areas where corrosion can take root.
Fluid Film stops pitting in chrome, will prevent corrosion on battery terminals,
and will assist in the removal of rust over time. It can also be applied over damp surfaces,
penetrating into steel pores and displacing water and moisture.
Fluid Film also provides long term lubrication to all moving parts.

"I am an auto shop manager full time...I have used it (Fluid Film) as tap lubricant, starter fluid, injector ring lube, drill lube, battery terminal/cable corrosion eliminator, and a host of other daily applications...Thanks Fluid Film, you have given me more of the only thing I have to sell - my time." - Brendan Smith
"Spray it on nuts and bolts, under the engine and your battery terminals. Come back later--still wet=still protecting. I also have used it in the deck lid and the trunk under rubber plugs, in the spare tire well, and to treat recent quarter panel rust repair from the inside." - Greg T

Battery Terminals:
Fluid Film® is non-conductive, so
clean around the battery terminals, make your connections, and then
spray with Fluid Film. The non-drying characteristics of Fluid
Film provide long term protection in this application. Fluid Film also keeps battery hold downs from corroding.
